1. JOURNALISM
The course is designed for those who wish to work or are employed in mass media environment. The one-year course stresses on acquisition of all relevant information pertaining to mass media Knowledge, skills and attitudes. The course objectives and contents ensure that the students perform effectively at the fast growing Information Technology Sector. The pre-requisite is that students will be familiar with information Technology department of an organization and its Functions. However, students who have the commensurate computer experience and interest can undertake the course.
The course aims to produce graduates with practical skills and understanding of the information requirements of Industry. The students will be provided with knowledge and skill necessary to design,
build, integrate and support the Information Technology (IT) Industry or achieve-self-employment in IT and consultancy.

enhance effective communications and corporate relations. It is a 2 Year course.
Course Objectives
Graduates of diploma in Journalism and Media Studies are expected to work as journalists in any print/electronic media house/freelance writers & photographers and in any organization in communication and corporate relations departments.

Attachment placements
Attachment placements are available and limited to students who uphold exemplary performance, high level of discipline and are forward looking. This will provide them with the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge, and skills learnt in class and give them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the same time exposing them to the world of work and responsibility. facilitates for attachment slots for all students and ensures that all are assessed.
